2. Datacentres - where are the datacentres located? At the other side of the world or in Ireland? Think about your restore time

3. What are they guaranteeing you in relation to your restore time?

4. Will the provider fully manage and monitor it or do you have to? Paying a third party to manage your backup you should have a fully managed and monitored service. Not all providers offer it!

5. Do you have access to your online backup reports?
